PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team. They are here to help you navigate the process and answer any questions you may have.

Please include your name, contact information, product name, date of purchase, description of the issue(s) experienced with the items/reason for return, and a copy of your proof of purchase. 

We will replace or fix any defects on purchases within 30 days of purchase.

For other non-defect returns, and/or returns outside of 30 days, customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.


Please use a trackable method of shipping, as Tourna cannot assume responsibility for returns that are lost during transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund promptly.

STRINGING MACHINE SERVICE, SUPPORT, & WARRANTY CLAIMS

Please know we will first seek to replace or resolve any issues that arise under warranty on all stringing machine purchases. We have replacement parts in stock and our experts are here to help you get back up and stringing as fast as possible.

When contacting us, please describe the issue in detail. We also require relevant pictures and videos to help us understand the issue.

We will work with you for the life of your machine no matter where you bought it, but for warranty claims, we will need proof of purchase.

Machines that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be deducted from the refund.
